Do you live with pain every day of your life? In this workshop, you will come to an understanding of the role acceptance plays in RECLAIMing your life from pain and illness. You will learn how to use the perspective you have on your every day life in a powerful way to help with improving your quality of life. Finally, you will walk away with strategies you can implement in your life right away.

HEALING THROUGH RELAXATION

Body tension is one of the guaranteed results of living with pain, illness, stress or anxiety. Tension in turn creates more pain and suffering and blocks the body and mind from healing.
Come and explore the role and power of relaxation in the physical and emotional healing process. Learn a range of strategies to build your ability to relax. A live relaxation session is part of the workshop.

You will learn a highly effective Energy Psychology technique. By tapping on acupressure points on your own body, you will discover how you can positively impact your experience of stressful emotions.
